Timescales

From the day of receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return, then 14 days after that to post it back.

Once received, returns are processed with 5 working days.

Labels are paid for by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, then the return label is covered by us. All returns must be sent recorded delivery. 

Restocking Fee

If ordering more than 1 size to try on, there is a £5 restocking fee to accept back and process the unwanted item. We would like to discourage this as our items are made in small quantities.

Worn Items

We check every return for signs of wear. This includes stains, smells & creases. If we suspect the item has been worn we will immediately re-ship the items back out to you.
