RETURNS
Unfortunately not all items are a perfect fit and may have to be returned or exchanged.
Return for refund
From the day of receiving, you have 28 days to notify us of a return, then up to 14 days after that to send it back.
Once received back, we will process within 5 working days
Exchanges
As quantities are low on our site we would recommend purchasing the exchange item, and us process the refund upon it's return.
Postage Costs
If your item is returnable, it is your responsibility to cover the costs of return postage. If you are requesting a refund, and it is approved, you will not be refunded the initial postage fees. Where a mistake has been made in fulfilling your order, all postage fees are covered.
