RETURNS
Unfortunately not all items are a perfect fit and may have to be returned or exchanged.

Timescales
From the day of receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return, then 14 days after that to post it back.
Once received, returns are processed with 5 working days
Labels are paid for by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, then the return label is covered by us. All returns must be sent recorded delivery.
Restocking Fee
If ordering more than 1 size to try on, there is a £5 restocking fee to accept back and process the unwanted item
Worn Items
We check every return for signs of wear. This includes stains, smells & creases. If we suspect the item has been worn we will immediately re-ship the items back out to you.
Repeat Returns
If we see a high return rate for a particular customer, we will reach out to discuss in more detail the reason. Repeat returns may result in a ban from purchasing from our site.
Request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, log into your account, click the order number & follow the process.
If your return is accepted, you'll receive an email directly from the us including instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the brand immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and place a new order for the correct size. As items are made in small batches, we can't put stock on hold.
